3. Whose data we process

We process personal data of:

  • website visitors;
  • persons who submit a request via the website contact forms;
  • job applicants who respond to vacancies.

4. Data we process

  • Technical data transmitted automatically: IP address, browser type and version (user-agent), selected interface language, pages visited and time of visit.
  • Cookies: small text files stored by your browser (see section 7).
  • Data you voluntarily submit in the request form: name, email address, phone number, message text, and the page the form was submitted from.
  • Data you voluntarily submit in the vacancy application form: name, email address, phone number, cover letter and the vacancy title.

We do not collect any other identifying information through this website and we do not use personal data for profiling or automated decision-making.

5. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • Ensuring the website functions correctly and remembering your language preference — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Reviewing requests submitted via the website forms and contacting you about them — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Reviewing job applications and contacting the applicants — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Protecting the website from automated abuse (captcha) — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Analyzing the operation, improving the quality and ensuring the stability of the website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Data retention

We store personal data no longer than required by the processing purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Approximate retention periods:

  • data from requests and job applications — until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from receipt, unless a longer period is required by applicable law;
  • server logs — no longer than 12 months.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: NEXT_LOCALE (stores the selected interface language) and accept_cookies (remembers that you have seen the cookie notice). Third-party services listed in section 8 may set their own cookies.

You may delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking cookies may affect the operation of individual website features, such as language selection.

8. Third-party services and processors

We may engage third-party processors in compliance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell personal data.

  • Yandex SmartCaptcha or Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect the website forms from automated abuse; the captcha may process technical data and set its own cookies in accordance with the privacy documents of the respective provider.
  • Yandex.Maps is used to display driving directions on the contacts page.

9. International data transfers

Personal data may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the Russian Federation. Where such transfers take place, we take reasonable measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
  • request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • request restriction of processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format (data portability);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority.
